Pulled off to charge my car nearby and stopped here for lunch. Everyone working behind the counter was nice and they made the whole restaurant feel welcoming. Prices were excellent and so was the food. I love diners like this.
I stopped at the diner for lunch while visiting Bishopville over the Christmas holiday. It is a good meat and 2 type of restaurant and the prices were reasonable. I had the smothered turkey wings with Mac n cheese and cabbage. It was some of the best mac n cheese that I've had in Bishopville. I've heard that they often run out of food because they are becoming so popular, so go early.

Delicious soulful food served by very nice people. As we call it here " a meat-and-3" and when we visited it was delicious and perfectly fried flounder, fried chicken, field peas, stewed tomatoes, and greens. Everything was great and the folks behind the counter serving were very friendly and helpful. Just the kind of place I love to find in small towns.
